Player-Initiated Closure

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss of any kind, however caused
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of funds resulting from a verified policy violation

Nothing in these Terms limits kt5666's liability for death or personal injury caused by kt5666's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by kt5666, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Player's sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any service offered on kt5666 is to discontinue use of the Platform and contact kt5666's customer support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through kt5666's dispute resolution process.
